This branding project was created for Evan Taylor Studio, a husband-and-wife photography duo known for their documentary approach and refined, editorial sensibility. The goal was to build a brand system that felt timeless, personal, and deeply rooted in storytelling—mirroring the way Evan and Gabrielle approach their work. The identity combines carefully set typography with custom illustrated botanicals, including magnolia leaves, along with a flexible suite of badges and submarks that support both Evan Taylor Studio and Evan Taylor Photography. Earthy, nuanced tones were chosen to pair naturally with their film-forward imagery, allowing the brand to feel cohesive across weddings, editorial work, and commercial projects while staying true to their quiet attention to detail, narrative focus, and sense of place.
