Lilly Bird’s Creamery

This branding project was created for Lilly Bird’s Creamery, an ice cream shop in Shallotte, North Carolina. The goal was to build a playful, welcoming brand that would feel like a year-round favorite for locals and a memorable stop for families visiting the coast.

I worked with owners Jessica and Odell to develop a visual identity full of personality, pairing friendly typography and a cheerful color palette with custom illustrations inspired by ice cream and coastal life. From cones and milkshakes to Sandy the Sandpiper, each element was designed to bring a little extra joy to the experience. The identity extended into cups, pint packaging, and patterns, creating a consistent look across the shop’s everyday touchpoints.

The result is a flexible brand system with a nostalgic, beach-town feel—designed to help Lilly Bird’s build recognition, connect with its community, and become part of the memories people take home.
